On Saturday the 30th of March, Meryl Cameron's (54) white soft-top Renault Megane car was found on the B3301 at Hells Mouth, near Hayle, Cornwall. She had last been over the Easter weekend at her home near St Erth. Her family said it was totally out of character for her to be out of contact with them.
Mrs Cameron is 5ft 3in (1.6m) tall, of medium build, with blonde hair cut in a bob style.
In 2013, the BBC reported that Police have been trying to establish Mrs Cameron's movements on Thursday 28 March and Good Friday, 29 March, and would like to speak to anyone who saw her or her vehicle. Supt Jim Pearce, of Devon and Cornwall Police, said "extensive searches and detailed inquiries" were still under way.
Her family described Meryl as 'a calm and collected person who is full of life and fun. Meryl has lots of friends who are all worried about her.'
