Collier CountyJane Doe: Unidentified (2004)

On the 14th of April 2004, a deputy from Collier County Florida walked into an open field to get better reception from a phone call. The Deputy was around Richards Road, just East of CR951, off Immokalee Road, in the Golden Gate Estates, in Naples, Florida. It was there that stumbled upon a shallow grave containing partial female skeletal remains wrapped in a green shower curtain.

The right tibia and fibula and some bones of hands and feet were missing. The post-mortem did not reveal a cause of death but due to the circumstances, the woman is believed to have been murdered.
